A single plate framed like a portrait: prawns, chilli oil and a rust-red bisque on black stone.
A local restaurant with a signature plate and no budget for a food shoot. Made unprompted, to find out whether a dish could be sold on texture alone, and to have something concrete to show them.
Built from a single photo of the dish. The photo set the plate, the light and the colour; AI tools gave it motion, one pour of sauce and a slow push in, and every frame was checked against the real plate. Cut around that pour, graded warm, and closed on the restaurant's mark.
