The films, images, writing and design on this site belong to Ckon Studios or to the clients we made them for. You are welcome to view and link to them. You may not download, re-upload, re-edit or use any of it in your own work without our written permission.
Every video on this site, and every video we make for clients, is made with AI tools. The spec films in the portfolio are not a record of a real place, object or event, and should not be taken as documentary. Client videos are made from real photos of the client’s business and products.
Work shown without a client credit is a concept film, made by the studio to demonstrate an approach, not commissioned by the brand it features. Brand, product and vehicle names or marks appearing in that work belong to their respective owners; their appearance is not authorised by them, does not imply any association or endorsement, and those films are not advertisements for the brands they depict. If you own a mark shown here and would rather it were not, say so through the contact page and it will be removed.
When you send a brief you confirm you have the right to share the materials you attach. We treat what you send as confidential and use it only to consider and discuss your project.
Sending a brief does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to proceed.
Monthly plans, pilots and one-time projects are priced and described on the pricing page, including billing, notice, usage and photo session terms. Those terms apply to work booked at those prices, and are confirmed in writing before work starts. Anything outside them is quoted in writing first.
Anyone who appears in photos must have agreed to it, and the client is responsible for that consent for their staff and customers. Nothing is published without the client’s approval.
We keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We are not liable for losses arising from its use or from it being temporarily unavailable.
