Ckon Studios makes short-form video for local businesses. This site exists to show that work and to receive project briefs. This page describes everything we collect and what we do with it.
Only what you send us. If you fill in the brief on the contact page, we receive your name, email address, and whatever else you choose to put in that form, including any files you attach. Nothing else on this site collects information about you.
There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracking script anywhere on this site. We do not build a profile of you, and we cannot tell who has visited.
Browsing this site sets no cookies. A session cookie is set only when a member of the studio signs in to our own internal tools, which are not public.
We read your brief and reply to it. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list.
Briefs and their attachments are stored on our own infrastructure so that we can refer back to them while a project is under discussion. We keep them while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, and delete them on request.
When you send a brief, an email notification and a confirmation to you are sent through an email delivery service, which handles those messages only to deliver them.
When we take photos at a client’s business, only people who have agreed to it appear in them. If you appear in a video and want it taken down from this site, ask through the contact page and it will be removed.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and we will action it.
